The Agency will have 50+ executive office suites designed to seclude the user(s) in this dynamic co-working environment. An executive office suite Tenant will enjoy all of the convenient amenities the building has to offer, while simultaneously enjoying their own personal and secure office space. These Tenants will enjoy the most square feet per person available within the complex.

The Agency will have 7+ co-working offices designed to accommodate between 6-10 users within the same organization at one time. As is the case with the executive office suites, these Tenants will have full use of all of the building' s amenities.

Membership options will also be available for companies with employees that spend 50% or more of their time in the office. Drop-in spaces will be affordably priced starting at only $250.00 per month.
