At 20,000 square feet, it will mark The Malin's largest location to date, taking over the 5th floor at 387 Park Avenue South at 27th Street. The workspace will offer a unique and refreshing departure from the traditional corporate settings that prevail the area, equipped with 10 private offices, 18 dedicated desks, four meeting rooms, 16 phone booths, one library, and a kitchen.
