Summary

This building is on the periphery of the upcoming CBD of Bandra – Kurla Complex which houses Corporates like Citigroup, IL &FS, ICICI Bank, Bank of India, State Bank of India and number of Financial Institutions. It is also in close proximity to the new Diamond Bourse which will boast of 1 million sqft of trading space.

Also being developed in the vicinity are two 7 star hotels and a large convention centre which will be run by the Reliance Group. The new American Consulate in Mumbai is to relocate to BKC as well.
