Egypt has several international airports. They include the Cairo International Airport which is the primary international entry point for the country. There is also road access from Israel, Jordan and Libya. Within Egypt, most of the transport routes are centred on Cairo and largely follow the Nile. A long-distance rail line runs between Alexandria and Aswan, operated by the Egyptian National Railways. In Cairo, the Metro operates and has three lines in operation. Bus services run in most cities and towns with deluxe services connecting Cairo, Alexandria, Ismailia, Port Said and Luxor amongst others.
