Jiin Mao Tower is the second tallest building in China after the Shanghai World Financial Centre. It has 88 storeys with breathtaking views of Pudong, Shanghai old district and Huangpu River. This commanding skyscraper takes in elements of Chinese culture and combines them with new, more contemporary architectural styles. There are 52 floors of offices below a five star hotel, the Grand Hyatt owned by the Chinese Government/PLA.

The tower has the best elevators on offer that offer speed and efficiency to the busy commuter. The tower has an annex with 6 storeys, which contain exhibition halls, conference rooms, a grand banquet hall and recreation centre. On the top floor - the 88th - is an observation deck which can hold 1000 people at once.

There is an excellent parking area which is 3 storeys deep offering plenty of parking space, holding up to 800 cars and 2000 bicycles. For added security the parking area contains 360 degree surveillance cameras. There are excellent transport links and local amenities. Nearby are the Shanghai Ocean Aquarium and Oriental Pearl Tower.
