8th Floor:

Perfect for marketing teams, tech & software companies, and businesses with a mix of regular and partly-virtual employees; leasable team rooms are in abundance. Both free, private huddle rooms and 3 rentable conference rooms are available, including the Hancock room which incorporates moving desks for a variety of setup options. The design is inspired by the tranquility of coniferous forests. Eighth floor tenants also have access to our twenty-eighth floor conference rooms and the cognac room.

28th Floor:
