The centre offers direct routes by road and rail to towns across the county of Wiltshire including Marlborough, Ridgeway, the South Downs, Cirencester, Chippenham, Bath and Oxford. The centre is less than 10 minutes away from junction 16 of the M4 and the A419, so whether your staff need to commute or you need to deliver goods, our location is ideal.

Our offices range from 100 – 450 square feet. They are provided unfurnished, with double glazing and gas central heating. As many of the units are interlinked, if you find you need more space, you can easily expand according to your needs.

Workshops and studios:
Our workshops have shop-style frontages and are perfect for use as hair salons, tattoo parlours, nail salons, tailors etc.

Similar to our workshops, but more enclosed, our studios have tiled flooring and can be used as recording, artist or photography space.
