The business centre is located 5 minutes from the A3 and 10 minutes from the M25 between Woking and Guildford with quick access to London (25 mins by train) and Heathrow (35 mins). The serviced offices have waterside views over the canal in an attractive rural setting with parking for over 400 cars.

There is a variety of offices ranging in sizes from 1 – 30 people available on short flexible terms. All offices come with air-conditioning and category 6 wiring accessing a 5000mbps resilient fibre circuit with dedicated and uncontended bandwidth available. Tenant facilities include meeting rooms, kitchenettes, toilets, 24/7 access, cleaning, CCTV, VoIP and photocopier/printer services and sound/video studios.
