This workspace will provide our usual luxury, flexible serviced offices, spread across six floors, and is just a one-minute walk from Green Park station. Refurbishment of the interior is due for completion in a few short months.

As always, design includes our signature conference rooms, lounges, working and collaborative spaces. Office suites vary from two to thirty workstations, all with an abundance of natural light and some with access to private roof terraces. We will also provide five conference rooms with the latest technology, two lounge spaces, shower rooms, bicycle storage and all the extras that are expected from Beaumont, together with our renowned five-star service.

Additionally, there is a rare opportunity to secure the self-contained “penthouse” floor, to accommodate up to seventy desks, or to be designed to suit your exact requirements. This space has incredible natural light and comes with a large, private terrace.
