We are excited to announce 37 brand new office suites in our latest building, Situated in Farnworth our latest serviced office centre holds a prominent position on Market Street at the hub of the town centre which is currently under a regeneration program of works from Bolton Council. Our refurbishment was completed in January and has transformed the building into a stylish, modern building offering a range of stylish office suites. There are suites for 2 to 3 person offices at 160 sq ft, to 10 to 12 person offices at 460 sq ft.

Our centre has not only been designed to offer great office suites, but to provide stunning and vibrant communal areas and facilities to enhance the whole working environment experience. Modern meeting rooms offer all the latest technology including Skype and conferencing facilities along with complimentary tea and coffee for the more formal meetings and for the less formal meetings why not use a more social setting and take advantage of our fantastic breakout area.

This area is also a great place to network and grab a coffee with other members whilst taking that much needed respite from the pressures of work. A first for us is the addition of an on-site Gym which will be available for our+ members only.
