We are pleased to be working in partnership with Broxbourne Borough Council and Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership to deliver 20,000 sq. ft. of high quality managed workspace, focused on supporting existing SME’s and new business start-ups.

The Centre provides office and studio accommodation between 160 sq. ft. and 650 sq. ft., along with free parking, let on our flexible ‘Easy In, Easy Out’ terms.

The Centre is easily accessible from the A10 and A414, as well as being a short walk from the mainline train station.
In addition the Centre offers meeting room space, informal breakout areas and virtual offices.
