The office space has been recently refurbished and the work was shortlisted for a Mixology award.

The mezzanine level is an open-plan business lounge and coworking area with a kitchen and new meeting rooms. It’s here that you can interact with your neighbours, meet your external guests, grab some freshly ground coffee or simply work in a relaxed setting.

Should the time come for you to need more space, our serviced offices on the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors can give your own private space with maximum flexibility to help you scale with all the advantages of a professional support team.

Dedicated Desk:

Our dedicated desks provide you with a great base in a high quality space. The guarantee of your own workstation in the vibrant environment of a shared office, with private lockable storage for individuals or groups of up to four people.

Dedicated desk customers still enjoy the flexibility of hotdesking too. When you’re on the move you have the added benefit of access to any hot desk in any other of our centres.

Our Piccadilly centre is exceptionally well-placed for transport links, not only with Manchester Piccadilly train station across the road but Manchester’s main bus/tram interchange is just two minutes walk away. The building is also sits next to a huge variety of bars, shops and restaurants as well as being on the doorstep of Manchester’s famous Northern Quarter.
