Located in the heart of the Lacemarket, 41-43 St Mary’s Gate is an iconic location in Nottingham’s music & popular culture. From the late ’70’s it opened as a nightclub, and music venue under the identities of Beachcomber, The Garage, The Koolkat, and Lizard Lounge.

After a brief spell in ‘retirement’, we have undertaken a complete refurbishment, and modernisation of the building to create 8 office suites of character, and style. The offices range from 300-850sqft and all have great natural light, facing onto a landscaped courtyard, or pedestrianised St Mary’s Gate. All have access to our shared Boardroom which celebrates the unique history of the building.
