Summary

Starting its life as a 24-bedroom hotel, WCR transformed Britannia Lodge into affordable and functional office space, some still with en-suite facilities. The building remains an integral part of the Caerphilly Business park. The offices have recently benefited from a refurbishment of the communal areas and the installation of solar panels, to assist with keeping running costs at a minimum.
