This very popular two-storey modern Business Centre offers a range of fully serviced space, with offices for between 1 and 20 people. This Centre has been attractively refurbished recently, and benefits from a helpful, friendly Reception desk that is fully manned in office hours. Access is 24/7. Additional services are available, such as telephone answering and PA work, as well as a stand-alone business address. A flexible approach means tenants may install their own telephone lines, bring their own furniture or use their own IT/server if desired. The centre is conveniently located just off Molly Millars Lane, near shops and walking distance to the railway station and town centre.

There is highly convenient free parking on-site and secure parking under the building for all tenants and visitors. Innovation House offers a variety of fully-equipped meeting and conference rooms, also available to non-tenants. Although Innovation House is usually close to/at full capacity, there is a sister Centre just 600 metres away at Indigo House and it is possible (subject to availability) to easily transfer between the two sites if a smaller or larger office is required.
