Summary

The centre is located on the Buda side of the River Danube, within close proximity to the Margaret Island recreational area and the Parliament building. The centre is close to public transportation, an assortment of 5 star hotels, shopping facilities and the city centre. There is free parking in the surrounding streets.

From public transportation point of view the facility has a good location, as it can be easily reached by suburban railway (HÉV), tram (Nr. 17), thus it has a good connection to the underground line Nr 2 and several bus lines (bus Nr 6, 60, 86).

There is a 24-hour security guard service in the building. There is a possibility to park bicycles in the garage, free of charge for tenants. There is also a cafeteria and a 1,500 sqm popular fitness area operated by A1 Fitness within the building.
