China Resources Building is a Grade A 50-storey office space located on the waterfront of Harbour Road with great views over the harbour.

The business centre offers amenities including a 3-storey car park, shopping mall from ground floor to 2nd floor and restaurants from 3rd to 5th floor. As the home base of China Resources Group, the building was renovated in 2011 and being the first building in Hong Kong using Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) as the sustainable framework for the buildings upgrade.
