Summary

The new Hamburg Business Center is currently being built. Its completion is planned for mid-2017. The object is named “Esplace” and enjoys a prime city centre location at the Esplanade between the inner and outer Alster. The subway station is located in the immediate vicinity as well as a wide range of supply possibilities.

The new office building covers a total of 14 floors and an in-house underground car park. The building has been certified with Gold by the German Association for Sustainable Construction (DGnB) and convinces by its large windows, light flooded rooms, electrical and external sun protection, modern building services, as well as a temperature adjustment by means of hybrid ceiling modules. The complete building is automatically aerated and ventilated, air-conditioned, and noise-protected.

The offices and meeting rooms partly offer a view of the Alster.
