This unique business centre was designed by the renowned Dutch architect Hanning Larsen. Intended as a modern counterpart to the neighbouring brewery buildings, 25 miniature fountains have been produced by artist Jørn Larsen, to complement this truly awesome building. Located in the harbour district of Copenhagen, this centre is a veritable hub of creativity and productiveness.

A number of high-quality conference and meeting spaces are available for use by tenants, and offer videoconferencing facilities. These facilities are highly reliable, thanks to the dedicated fibre optic cabling line to the centre. CAT 5/5e/6 is installed as standard.
